The game is fun enough for my husband to play. My 3 year old LOVES baseball. He is too young to play obviously but he loves to watch his Daddy play this game. They enjoy it. It isn't a game they play all the time but the enjoy it when they do.
Now I have to make them play this game before allowing them to play the games they really want to. 9/10 yr. 9/10 yr. olds were excited when first received this game. After playing it a few times they got bored. olds are very fickle with video games. Interest doesn't last long.
My first time playing it, I couldn't put my remote down. This game is really fun. I beat Challenge mode within a couple of days. It's like the GameCube version in ways, but also different. Challenge mode is really fun to play. Another positive in this game is the Nighttime mode, when you can play the baseball games at nighttime. The stadiums look even cooler all lite up.
My 10 year old son got this game and a few others for his Christmas Wii on the recommendation of his 25 year old brother. Mario Supper Sluggers is one of his top two favorite games. The graphics are fun and the characters fun and interesting. The games controls and the game itself work well.
It is easy to learn, tons of fun, and even better than the gamecube version. I loved the original Mario Superstar Baseball, so when this game came out, I was so excited. The first time I played it I immediately knew that it was my kind of game. My four-year-old brother is obsessed with it, and I must admit, that I alove it ALMOST as much as him. This adjustable game of any-age fun can be played singular, or with many others.
